A paranormal entity is any paranormal event, that appears to be alive or at least mimics life.
Safety Notice: Do not think that something that seems to be alive can be killed. Chances are that it can't.

Incorporeal Entity
An incorporeal entity is a paranormal entity, that lacks a physical form. Often they are tied to a paranormal object and can be banished with appropriate rituals.
Examples of Incorporeal Entities:

Haunting

Haunting, when applied to an object, means that the object is a paranormal one, which a paranormal event is tied to.
"The idol of many hands is haunted. Wherever it goes, horrific things happen."
When applied to a person, it means that said person is followed and attacked or endangered by a paranormal Event.
"I'm being haunted. Something is following me and it's whispering things to me in my sleep."

Ingredient
An ingredient is a tool or other item that is used in a particular ritual.
Object, Paranormal

Sometimes paranormal events are tied to inanimate objects. We call those objects paranormal objects or artifacts. Paranormal objects vary greatly in size. There have been reports on objects from the size of a coin to huge, haunted mansions.
Safety Notice: Do not handle any paranormal object without knowing what it is. These things are incredibly dangerous and should be hidden in a place only you have access to.

Possession
A possession is the event of a paranormal entity entering a person's or animal's body or mind and partially or fully controlling their thoughts and movements. The exact symptoms of possession vary widely.
Safety Notice: Seek help immediately. Possession is ALWAYS an emergency. If you can find a pattern or trigger for when the entity takes control of the subject, tie said subject down in those time intervals, or avoid the triggers at all costs.

Ritual
A ritual is an algorithm, a list of ingredients steps to be taken (Akin to a recipe), to achieve some kind of paranormal effect. They tend to have some side effects as well.
